50,680 SF new construction of office building and 8,800 SF accessory installation building. Project focused on an open-office concept for 450 employees; including a 24-hour, 250-seat call center, collaborative spaces and training facilities.
A varied assortment of brick bonding patterns and colors were used on the exterior façade of the building to provide visual interest and contrast to a predominantly low and long facade. Unique design features were added to the building entry with a towering angled metal panel profile and expansive amounts of glass. A cantilever exterior accent canopy was also designed to extend into the interior space.
The efficient layout and open concept will allow flexibility to suit changing future needs. The site was planned to allow for parking lot and building expansion should the need arise.
