The Reimer project was a tenant fit out of an existing building for a legal collection firm. The existing building, formerly a health club was in extreme disrepair. Despite the challenges such as a low budget, the project was completed successfully in 4 months. 

Ryder Logistics is an international company  providing logistics services for distribution. Ryder needed a 60,000 sq ft distribution build out within a 400,000 sq ft structure. The project was successfully completed prior to the clients move in date.
